🍞 shakshuka for one
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- cumin, paprika, salt
steps: sauté onion + garlic. add tomatoes + spices. simmer. crack eggs on top. cover 5-7 min. eat with bread.
